Can Titanium Rings Be Resized?

Just send your ring back to us with a copy of your invoice and a note to let us know what size you will need in exchange. If your ring is ever damaged you can send it back to be replaced under your lifetime warranty as well. Even if your ring has been laser engraved it will be covered under your lifetime warranty, you will only be responsible for the cost of the new laser engraving.   

Can Titanium Rings Be Engraved?

Yes, titanium rings can be engraved using a laser engraving system. Much like a tungsten ring, this is the only way that a titanium wedding band can be engraved. Laser engraving is done through a computer system which allows us to engrave just about any Microsoft Word font. When giving your laser engraving instructions you can specify which font that you would like us to use. Laser engraving is only $20 per ring for rings that have been purchased from Wedding Bands Galleria. Are Titanium Rings Scratch Proof?

Although titanium rings are comparatively more scratch resistant than other metals, we still cannot say that they are completely scratch proof. Our experience shows that titanium wedding bands will begin to show small scratches and scrapes with normal wear, much like palladium, platinum, and gold will. Most local jewelers will be able to polish your titanium ring to look like new in only a few minutes; however, your ring is also covered by our lifetime warranty! If your ring ever needs to be polished, repaired, or if you should ever need to exchange your ring for a new size, it will be covered under your lifetime warranty. Simply send your ring back to us with a copy of your invoice as well as a small note that explains what you would like changed on your ring.

Is Titanium Hypoallergenic?

Titanium rings are perfect for those who have sensitive skin because it is nickel free and will not provoke any allergies. In fact, titanium is the most hypoallergenic element known to man.  Approximately 10% of the population is allergic to nickel, which is often found in both yellow and white gold. The most common ailment arising from contact with nickel is an allergic dermatitis known as “nickel itch.” This occurs most often when the skin is moist. Titanium is determined to be completely inert and immune to corrosion by all body fluids and tissue making titanium wholly bio-compatible. These hypoallergenic qualities, plus its strength-to-weight ratio, are the reasons why titanium is the preferred material for surgical instruments as well as implants. Can Titanium Bands Be Cut Off?

Titanium rings can be cut off in a matter of minutes at any hospital emergency room if you should ever find yourself in an unusual medical situation. Titanium rings are actually much less likely to bend out-of-round if you should ever close your hand in a door or drop a heavy object on it.
