Engraving Instructions
The most common question we are asked is where to put the engraving instrusctions. After you have entered your name during checkout the next page contains a box for your instructions. You will enter what you want engraved and the font you would like. Free engraving on precious metals is limited to a BLOCK font or a Palace Script Font and a 30 character limit. Laser engraving is done through microsoft word and is not limited to a character limit.
Etch Engraving
Our etch engraving services is offered in BLOCK Font (all
caps) and Palace Script Font. Engraving
can be up to 30 characters including spaces. Etch engraving is available on the following metals: Gold, Platinum, and Palladium. If you are purchasing our laser engraving service you can choose up to 100 characters and more if needed.
Laser Engraving
Laser engraving is the perfect option for our Alternative
Metals. Tungsten, for example, is scratch-resistant
and so durable that etch engraving will not work on Tungsten. This is the same case for all of our
Alternative Metals. Rest assured, it is
still possible to increase the sentimental value of your wedding band through
Laser Engraving. Laser engraving is
available in any font offered through Microsoft Word, and does not have a
character limit. However, we remind you
that if you would like your message to fit onto one line, 70 characters and

Exchanges: Sometimes our customers find that they ordered the wrong size, or

Wedding Bands Galleria processes all returns/exchanges immediately. However,
you should generally allow 2-3 business days for your financial institution
(bank, Credit Card Company, etc) to reflect the credit on your account.
Prior to all returns your order will be checked to ensure that the return is in
new condition and does not show signs of wear or misuse. Any original
packaging, such as a ring box or protective bag should also be included.

Alternative Metals- In the rare case that your Alternative Metal band chips or
breaks our Lifetime Warranty will replace your ring with a new one. It is also
important to know that due to the extreme hardness of Alternative Metals, many
cannot be resized. Rest assured, if you ever need a new size somewhere down the
road, the Lifetime Warranty will enable you to replace your ring with a brand
new ring in your new size.
