When will my order
ship?
Most rings ship in
2-3 days. If you order a ring on Tuesday and you have selected the discounted
$5.55 UPS 2nd Day Air, you should expect your ring by the following
Monday. Many of our rings are in stock and will ship the same day that you
place your order (or the following business day if the order is placed after 4pm
MST). If you need your order by a specific date that is less than a week away,
simply notify us and we will do everything we can to make sure you have your
ring when you order it. A large number of our gold, platinum, palladium,
titanium, cobalt chrome, tungsten and ceramic bands are available to ship the
same or next day and often times we can ship directly from the manufacturer.
When your order is shipped directly from the manufacturer you will not receive a
ring box (if you need one we can ship it separately at no additional charge,
just notify us).
If you should need your ring in a faster time frame please contact customer
service or leave a note in the Instructions/Comments section during the checkout
process. You can contact customer service using our toll free phone number or by
using the Live Help button found at the top of each page. On most occasions we
are able to meet your special needs on shipping time frames. Adding an engraving
or special finish to your ring can increase the processing time by a day or two.

Where do I put my
engraving instructions?
After the first page
of the checkout you will see a box that will allow you to add notes to your
order. This is where you will enter your engraving instructions. If you have
selected the laser engraving option you can also let us know if you have a
specific font that you would like us to use. Our laser engravings are done
through a computer system and we can engrave just about any Microsoft Word font.
Using the laser engraver we can also engrave on both the interior and the
exterior of most rings.
Due to the hardness of the materials the only way to engrave a tungsten,
titanium, ceramic, or cobalt ring is by having them laser engraved. You will
need to add the laser engraving option to your shopping cart before checkout.
If you would prefer to try your ring on before having it laser engraved that is
not a problem either. You will just need to send the ring back to us with your
engraving instructions and payment once you have made a decision. Note: Rings
that have been engraved cannot be returned for a refund. They will still have a
lifetime warranty. You will have to pay for the engraving again if you have
purchased a laser engraving.
Will my ring come
with a ring case?
We usually like to
include a complimentary ring case with each ring that we ship and a majority of
orders will come complete with a ring box. On some occasions due to time
constraints or customer preference your order will ship directly from the
manufacturer and will not come with a ring box. Orders that are being shipped
internationally also do not typically come with ring boxes. If you would like to
ensure that your order comes complete with a ring case please specify so in the
Instructions/Comments section during checkout or contact customer service.
Do your rings come
with any warranty?
Yes, EVERY ring on our website includes a FREE Lifetime Warranty. Some rings
will require you to register your ring to validate your lifetime warranty. For

Can I do a size
exchange on my ring if it has been engraved?
Yes, Wedding Bands
Galleria has a lifetime warranty second to none. Even if you have a ring
engraved and need a new size we will re-size the ring for you. If you need a new
size before 30 days after you order you will be subject to a $25 fee. If you
have purchased our laser engraving service and would like your ring engraved
again you will need to purchase the service
again.
Why are your prices
so cheap? Are your rings hollow?
Wedding Bands
Galleria manufacturers a lot of the rings sold on the site. We then pass those
savings onto our customers. The other rings that aren't manufactured through
our factory are purchased in large quantities from some of the largest
manufacturers in the USA. Because of the volume with these manufacturers we are
given special pricing. We use this special pricing to pass along savings to our
customers. All of our rings are top quality. We don't sell any hollow or used
jewelry. We also use the savings on not having to pay large overhead and sales
commissions to drive the prices down. If you are looking for the best quality
and the most competitive pricing you have found the place.
Shipping & Returns
Returns/Exchanges Policy
At Wedding Bands Galleria we understand your concerns when ordering your wedding
ring online and we strive to make the process as easy and effortless
as possible for our customers. If you have any questions before ordering please
contact us and we will answer your questions to the best of our abilities. If
there is a certain date you need your ring by please include that information
with your order so that we can accommodate your order. If you make an order and
haven't received it please contact us at least the day before you need it. We
have no way to send a ring same day.
Orders can be returned for a refund within the first 30 days. Refunds are less
shipping and handling and are subject to a 15% restocking fee (please contact us
before you order to avoid this fee). Designer Platinum and any Diamond ring
cannot be returned for a refund. Also orders with an engraving cannot be
returned for a refund and can be subject to a 30 day waiting period to be
resized. Orders may be returned for an exchange in size (similar style, any
style if there is no engraving) within the first 30 days at no additional fee,
customer will only pay return shipping to send the new size to you.

Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receiving your return, and may take up
to 72 hours to be reflected on your credit card.
Domestic Shipping
(USA)
Wedding Bands Galleria offers a variety of shipping options on all U.S. orders.
Most of our Tungsten wedding bands are in stock, and available for immediate
shipment. All of our other rings are manufactured upon order, and takes
approximately 3-4 business days production time. Please expect an additional day
if choosing the free engraving option. Orders ship the same day production is
complete. We do not process orders on the weekend, so orders placed on Friday
usually begin processing on Monday. Please note that while USPS 2-3 Day Priority
is fast and usually ships same business day, the arrival time is not guaranteed.
If you need a guaranteed arrival time, we suggest using one of the UPS delivery
options. All orders over $700 require a signature upon delivery. Once your order
ships, our website will send an automated email including the shipping and
tracking information.
International Shipping
Wedding Bands Galleria offers international shipping by USPS Air Mail to a
number of international countries, shown below. All orders are charged a flat
$18 shipping charge. Typical transit time is between 5-10 days, but occasionally
items can experience customs delays of several weeks. In transit tracking is not
provided for your package, we can only confirm delivery. If you don’t see your

Lifetime
Warranty Terms & Conditions
After 30 days, customers may use the Lifetime Warranty program to replace their
ring for any reason. Such reasons may include: requirement of a new size,
damage, repolishing, etc. Wedding Bands Galleria requires a copy of the original
receipt, the original ring, and a $15 replacement fee to cover processing and
shipping charges.
